北京市城远市政工程有限责任公司是北京城建新业工程有限责任公司控股，46个自然人参股于1994年12月20日正式成立的有限责任公司，并于1995年11月20日被审定为市政建设工程施工贰级企业，公司成立前身为北京城建集团二公司市政机械分公司。本企业具有承担综合市政、道路桥梁、机场跑道、浅埋暗挖、地下铁路、涵洞隧道、顶管管线、给水厂、污水处理厂、煤气源厂、煤气柜（站）、液化气储罐场（站）及大型土石方挖运等综合施工技术的能力，同时兼营建筑（周转）材料、机械设备租赁
